It got a good write up in the Vintages March list and at C$27.95 for a 2000 Bordeaux it seemed worth a look. This is classic Graves. The black fruit is there in spades overlaid with mint/tarragon and brick/earth notes and at this point all is shrouded by gobs of tannin. Colour is deep ruby with no signs of browning and it has 'legs' so i don't see any real risk of the tannins outlasting the fruit. I'm thinking outstanding 2010-2020.
